7/24/2017 On July 24, 2017, Larry Stone emailed questions concerning recent rainfall events at this site. Blake Dougherty, General Manager for Walz Energy had previously left a voice message for me, detailing a recent rain event. I visited the site and met with Mr. Dougherty and then provided the results to Mr. Stone. The following is the email to Mr. Stone: "Larry, I visited the site this morning and met with Blake Dougherty, General Manager (Mr. Haman was not on site). Construction activities were ongoing with some standing water near controls and low areas. I did not walk the perimeter but overall the site looked controlled with minimal offsite impact. I checked the lower area of the outlet waterway and where it discharges to Bloody Run. Bloody Run Creek and the waterway I inspected appeared normal for the 2 inch plus rain. Waters were clearing in the creek and minimal, if any, soils were in the waterway. I directed Mr. Dougherty to inspect and maintain the controls. Feel free to contact me anytime with questions.
