10/2/2017	Completed a pre- pour inspection for East side building. Contractor planned on pouring floor on 9/29/17. Chairs were not in place but contractor stated they planned on installing them prior to pouring concrete (boxes of chairs were on site). A few of the re-bar spacings were not uniform (wavy pattern) but were within 16-17 inches. Splices were not staggered either. 1X8 forms were used around perimeter. I informed contractor of spacing uniformity, chairs, and staggering splices. No visqueen was used for vapor barrier either.	BRETT MEYERS
