11/22/2022	I visited with Zoetis staff at the site on November 3, 2022. There has been no discharge from the system since October 2020. Zoetis hired GHD to to evaluate whether the system could be permanently shutdown. GHD completed the Evaluation of the Pilot Shutdown of the LaBounty Disposal Site and submitted the evaluation to the EPA on October 27, 2021. The EPA submitted their comments to Zoetis on February 15, 2022 with a request for supplemental information. Zoetis has submitted their responses to EPA's comments and are awaiting their response. The system will remain in standby operational mode until EPA's final decision is made.	JACOB DONAGHY
