11/8/2017	Met with Mr. Delaney on site. It was noted that the tires shreds from outside the permiter fence have been removed. The tire shreeder was operating while I was on site and Mr. Delaney was working towards complying with his site plan and all of 567 IAC 117.. He has ordered "No Burning" signs for the perimeter fence, and is working to remove tires from within 50 feet of his bldg., etc. Mr. Delaney noted he had purchased a new shredder and had located on the other side of his processing area. In addtion, he had an interest in growing. He stated it would be difficult for him to comply with his current site plan and that he had submitted an updated one to DM SW before personell changes occured with the tire program coordinator He stated he would reach out to Mr. Pins and request a change to his site plan.
