11/9/2017	I visited the landfill to follow up on deficiencies noted during my previous inspection earlier in the year. Overall the condition of the landfill had improved, but leachate continued to trickle into the south sediment basin. I left a report with the operator. See the attached letter and photos.	BILL GROSS
