5/16/2016	Owner submitted a letter stating the cattle will have unrestricted access to an open pen attached to the dry-bedded barn. This open pen is greater than 10% of the total space of the covered barn so it is now a partially covered open lot, and does not need to meet the manure stockpile requirements for dry-bedded manure in karst terrain.
