1/7/2026	I visited the facility and met with Brenda Thornton, Plant Manager and the recently hired Environmental specialist for PB Leiner. I asked about land application and records. Ms. Thorton indicated that they utilize a local agronomist to ensure waste material is within agronomical limits. It was conveyed that most applications are done in the spring or fall prior to planting or after harvesting the crops. They have utilized Schurr's farm fields for years. Records are kept by both the landowner and the facility. Information is shared with Theresa Stiner (IDNR).	RYAN STOUDER
