2/4/2025	I stopped by the property. I was checking the current situation regarding the road ditch out front. The yellowish frozen material had melted, so the road ditch was full of discolored water. It appeared that Van Buren County or Iowa DOT had placed limestone pea gravel along the road entrance of sedore's driveway and had formed a dike around the west road ditch and culvert to ensure the water is contained within the ditch and only in the event of rain could the waters flow up and over the dike berm to the neighboring property to the north (Noll's). I took photos to document this area. I observed a packer truck turning to enter Sedore's property (Driving east to west before turning). The material on sedore's property appeared to be barely have been touched on the clean up after the building fire.	RYAN STOUDER
