12/30/2015	Follow up visits to check on the status of the secondary containment structure. The second barn was completed and was populated at the time of these visits. A berm was built around 3 sides of the south barn and according to the design engineer's plans, any overflow from the south side of the north barn will flow into this containment structure as well. The north barn has no pit fans or pump outs on the north side to prevent any manure from overflowing on that side of the barn. I instructed them to ensure that the area is properly graded so that any overflows would go into the containment and then stabilize the berm by establishing vegetation.	SHEILA KENNY
