10/6/2014	A formal inspection form for site closure was not completed since the ADP manufacturer was already out of state when DNR was notified that this site was closed. Site visits and interviews were conducted with the former property owner, Jim Coons, Waukee, Ia. and the new property owner, Shottenk Chevrolet, Waukee, Ia. Abandoned materials on the building grounds and in the buildings were cleaned up by Jim Coons after my May 13, 2014 inspection of the site. All business was conducted with on-site visits and e-mail correspondence between DNR F.O. #5, Jim Coons and Sue Johnson, DNR Solid Waste section. Sue Johnsons closure e-mail memo is attached to this FOCD entry under "Skrappers", Inspection # 51780	DENNIS APPELHONS
