6/13/2011	Doug Miller, Kossuth County Engineer called me on the afternoon of 9JUN11 and asked about the permitting discussion I had with Mr. Karels. I told Mr. Miller that his General Storm Water Permit #1 was expired so he needed to get a General Storm Water Permit #2 if he was going to regrade more than 1 acre.	DAVID MILLER
6/9/2011	Lyle Karels had called last week and stated he was going to repair some tile letdowns this week. I was in the area so I stopped to see. The work was satisfactory. I also reminded Mr. Karels that their Storm Water Permit #1 expired last January so they would need to get a General Permit #2 for some upcoming cover grading work.	DAVID MILLER
