			1. Submit a final closure drawing to the Department, which includes the groundwater/leachate monitoring wells, permanent survey monuments, and any other structures per Special Provision 4 of the Permit and Subrule 567 IAC 113.26(13). 2. Repair the sedimentation ponds so that they function as intended per the General Provisions of the Permit and Special Provision 2 of the Permit. 3. Repair the silt fences, as necessary, to prevent the discharge of sediments per the General Provisions of the Permit. 4. Properly mark the groundwater/leachate monitoring wells if this hasn’t already been done per Rule 567 IAC 113.22(455B).
