8/21/2012	This is a site contaminated with chlorinated solvents (primarily TCE) that has been undergoing phytoremediation. The responsible party is required to conduct periodic groundwater sampling and they are asserting that the wells have gone dry, so they need not sample. David Hopper and I met with Russell Mott on 17AUG12 to check the monitoring wells, but he didn’t have the key to the well locks and we couldn’t find a couple of the wells, so we were unable to determine whether the monitoring wells have water. Mr. Mott will attempt to find the well key and locate the wells.	DAVID MILLER
