10/31/2013	Paul P. and I met with Brad Derner to discuss feedlot on east side of gravel road, NPDES permit. Discussion concerning feedlot pen(s) on east side of gravel road not included in NPDES permit and if there is a potential discharge from this area. There is a Runoff basin on east side of road, but no documentation that meets line requirements. Paul recommended Derner's pump it down (they use it for irrigation at times) and attempt to determine if bottom is clay then perhaps it could be permitted.	BRANDON MINER
