3/28/2011	Site visit to look at potential expansion location and make water source determination. Mr. Hoekstra is thinking about constructing an additional 2000 head nursery to the north of the existing 500 head nursery. There is a small waterway on the north side of the existing facility which does have some areas where an actual channel has been cut. We discussed the possibilities of grading and seeding (and maintaining) to make it a grass waterway or installing a subsurface tile line to eliminate the water source entirely. Alternatively, if the 500' separation distance cannot be maintained, he may consider installing a secondary containment berm.	SHEILA KENNY
