7/16/2012	Amie Davidson (DNR Solid Waste Section) and I met with Sara Bixby and Dan Bacehowski (Foth) at the landfill and inspected the newly completed cell 4B, C & D. I checked the depth of the gravel drainage layer in several places and found it to be at least one foot thick. We disussed keeping the waste stockpile sprayed with Posi-Shell and Amie will limit the storage time. We also discussed leachate recirculation into a trench. Sara will submit a permit amendment application. Finally we looked at the northeast barrow area, some sediment control had been done at the northeast end. Dan will submit construction data before Amie will approve the new cell.	BILL GROSS
