7/23/2013	Conducted a visit to follow up on compliance with Ch. 118 IAC. Facility records and operations were in good order. PCP capacitors had been shipped in January and Mercury just shipped the end of June. Haz. materials in shipping containers conincided with records taken during manufacturing activities. Reminded Kyle insurance only allows storage of 150 appliances onsite and if he intends/or is over than # he should increase the allowable number through his insurance agent and report the change to DNR's Central Office. Microwaves are shipped to Kellog (A-Line's other demanufacturing facility).	BRIAN JERGENSON
