5/30/2013	I conducted a routine site visit to the Central Disposal Landfill on 29MAY 13. I met with Deb McDonald and drove around the facility. Litter control was good. We spent most of the time discussing the leachate issue - there have bee very heavy rains this spring and they are generating more leachate than they can dispose. They are hauling to Lake MIlls POTW and trying to get approval to haul to Mason City POTW. They haven't been able to land apply because it has been too rainy. If it stps raining enough that that can land apply, they should be able to mainatin compliance. I will monitor the situation.	DAVID MILLER
