10/7/2011	Jeff Vansteenburg and I conducted an annual landfill inspection of this facility on 5OCT11. Present from Waste Management were Lou Lorenson - Manager, Deb McDonald - Engineer, and Jeri Moore - Office Manager. No violations were noted. Some minor deficiencies were found in signage an monitoring well labeling. See attached inspection report.	DAVID MILLER
