8/17/2017	I conducted a routine site visit to Central Disposal on 17AUG17. Manager Lou Lorenson was away, but I spoke with operator Jeri Moore. I could see the working face from the scale house and no issues were noted there, although there was an area of intermediate cover where the sprayed-on cover had been mostly washed away by the recent rain. Litter control was very good so I didn't take issue with it upon the understanding that it would be reapplied soon. No other issues were noted.	DAVID MILLER
