6/8/2011	Conducted compliance inspection audit on 3JUN11 and found all the deficiences in the 3MAR11 compliance insopection had been addressed. However, the facility was using SIR for monthly leak detection rather than secondary containment and interstitial monitoring required by 567 IAC 135.4(9).	DAVID MILLER
