9/28/2023	Trees were noted on the closed cell, as well as areas of bare soil. Ms. Frey stated that they plan to mow and remove trees this fall. She also stated that they plan to have Evora out later this fall to handle some erosion issues and bare soil issues. The leachate lagoon fencing was not closed and dead animals were observed in the leachate.	JOHN BAKER
