2/16/2023	Accompanied Mike Smith to discuss permit renewal with Kent Herbold. Very few changes were made to the permit wording. The visit mostly consisted of facility tour, including the RCC, compost area, wood-chipping area, and working face. Kent showed us where used shingles were being employed as a side-layer of the landfill cell currently in use, the manhole areas used to take leachate samples, the vents used for methane tests, and the trucks/equipment currently in use. Everything appeared to be in good working order.	MATTHEW JEFFERSON
