5/6/2024	4/17/2024 1112: Arrive at Mid American Energy Louisa Generating Station with Jason Dowie and Derek Wiedemeier, both from the TV Permitting Section at the Iowa DNR for the TV AQ CE. We met with Janelle Spies, Kayla Swope, and Jamie Murphy of MidAmerican Energy. The facility was not operating that day so the visit consisted of a records review for the TV AQ CE and also a walk around the facility to evaluate stack characteristics against what is permitted. There will be a 2nd visit at a later date to make observations while the plant is operating.	JON RYK
