11/16/2010	Reconned the Delaware County landfill site at the request of operator Dave Sands on 9/29/10. All garbage has been removed from the staging area. I gave Mr. Sands permission to smooth out the area with cover dirt. White goods are all gone. Most of the electronics are gone. There is a small pile of household hazardous wastes and a pile of microwave ovens still on site. Also, there were 12 tires remaining on site. All the above noted solid wastes were to be going out this week. There was also a wagon full of iron and steel that were going to go to Bacon's recycling in Hopkinton for disposal. I told Dave that once ALL these items get removed from site and properly disposed of, that I would come back and do a final inspection of the site.	DOUG HAWKER
