4/11/2013	Facility permit expires in 2013 as was on site to conduct a permit renewal inspection. Curtis Brandt was on site and metioned that Bret Bienemann, Site Manager, was off. I informed Mr. Brandt that I'd be back later in the month to review records with Mr. Bienemann. The following was noted. John White is now a part time employee along with Mr. Brandt. All solid waste is being deposited driectly into roll off containers and the area under the contaiers was well maintained. Approximately 2 loads/week or approximately 8-10 tons per week is being transported to the Black Hawk Co. landfill. The appliance, tire and scrap metal collection areas were well maintained. It was reported that HHM had recently been shipped. The collection of HHM inside the former incinerator building will be discussed with Mr. Bienemann during the inpsection.	AMBER SAUSER
