3/3/2014	Met with Will Griebel and Andy Murdock of PB Leiner at their facility in Davenport. We discussed various topics regarding compliance with air quality regulations, primarily revolving around their air permits and air permitting in general. We discussed the odor complaint that was filed against them about a year ago as well. Andy and I then walked outside and around the facility, looking at emission points and discussing them at more length. When I got back to the office i updated their AQ master inspection form and presented it to Andy to review. In time, i'll have to go there to do a full compliance inspection, but it's not due yet.
