12/8/2016	Bill Gibbons and I met with Eduardo de Souza Pinto (President) and Jeremy Bell (Quality Assurance Manager) about the Redfield and Adel sites. They indicated that they want to upgrade both sites by taking down every building at both sites (except the building at Redfield which was built in 2010) and putting up new ones - see attached plan for buildings. They are also looking to purchase new land to building their layer facility on - separate from Redfield and Adel for bio-security. Also, wanting to build their own feed mill, which would be built on a piece of land south of Exit 106 off of I-80.	JEFF THEOBALD
