10/27/2015	Mr. Louis called and requested a visit. Sue Johnson from the central office accompanied. Overall, the site was in good shape. Paperwork was in order. Mr. Louis stated all the appliances from Harris TV in Ames were demnaufactured prior to him receiving them. I reminded Mr. Louis that Harris TV only collects refrigerant and all other appliances must be demanufactured prior to crushing.	MALIA SCHEPERS
