			1) Submit records for all shipments of mercury, PCBs and refrigerants. 2) Submit records on the number and types of appliances demanufactured including the number of each component and amount of refrigerant. 3) Have a mercury collection bucket available and labeled correctly. Record the date on the mercury switch containers label when the first mercury switch is placed in the container. 4) Record the date on the PCB containers label when the first PCB capacitor is placed in the container. 5) Keep copies of all records for at least three years onsite and available for state or federal inspectors.
