8/2/2010	Visited Chamness, Eddyville, on June 14, 15, 16, and 22 in response to the lagoons overflowing. This was a very rainy period and facility staff were not able to keep all waste water contained. Reports showing DNR sample results are attached. Discharges reached the creek, Palestine Creek, so a notice of violation was issued 7-21-2010, copy also attched.	PAUL BRANDT
