5/22/2024	Per Dave Steward recommendation, I visited the site to assess current status. Visit was unnanounced. Facility was locked but I talked to Lillian (and also Gary towards the end of my visit) and we discussed current status. Pad still free of compost operations. Some litter/soil/eroded sediment near the east end. Processed compost nearly gone; small pile off the pad to the west of the mixing area. All 3 lagoon cells have been graded/removed and no leachate being retained. Vegetative establishment had not started (did not appear initiated) on any of the 3 lagoons areas. Final visit planned in 2 weeks, but that may not be needed. Additional discussion to be had with Dave. Requested plan for vegetative establishment from facility via email.	BRIAN LEE
