4/26/2021	Conducted a site visit since I'd not been there for several months and wanted to see how they were doing in preparing to meet the July 1, 2021 deadline. Met with Richard and we toured the site. Some things I noticed is a section of the east drain was replaced, but more is needed to connect to the east lagoon, more windrows were built but more are needed, screen was not yet operational, shredded derecho landscape waste has been incorporated into the windrows which has continued to help absorb moisture and give the windrows the ability to stand up as opposed to material sloughing off as it did when it was too wet. Nothing on the compost pad was smoking, except for some of the unscreened compost over east of the pad had an area smoking and Richard was going to dig the hot spot out soon. No leachate was leaving the pad or lagoons, although land application of leachate was necessary as freeboard was slim.	KURT LEVETZOW
