9/22/2020	I visited the site on 8/21/20, met Richard Swan. We discussed and toured the facility looking for signs of improvement and progress toward getting into compliance. They had 2 windrows built, Richard obtained temperature monitoring probes and hoped to have them in use by the following Monday. Still waiting on getting parts for the screen. Continue breaking into old piles of material to allow drainage and drying material out by mechanically tossing it up onto the pile. Weather has been warm and dry.	KURT LEVETZOW
