8/10/2020	I conducted a weekly progress documentation visit. I met Richard onsite. As has been the case over the past several weeks, we toured the entire operation documenting the status and hoping to see signs of progress toward compliance. While the screen wasn't operational yet, Richard said he recently took hydraulic pump parts to get repaired/new parts and he hopes the screen could be operational within a week. One full windrow was built, the almost the entire length of the pad. The rented excavator was still onsite and operating during my visit. The machine was mixing old soggy compost with dryer material. The little bit of DE that has been received is now being mixed with the reddish colored soap, no smoke or fires were observed. The lagoons had freeboard. Richard has been cutting troughs in the soggy material in attempt to keep the pad draining.	KURT LEVETZOW
