7/30/2020 Conducted a weekly visit to Chamness to document progress that's being made from the past few weeks. My first visit in this series was July 7. Brian Lee was there July 16. I was there again on July 23. Today Brian Lee is back visiting again to document progress. Several photos were taken to compare to upcoming weekly photos that will be taken. As in the past, I met with Richard Swan on July 23rd. From the observations I made and the photos I took, some progress was made. Richard had less incoming material coming onsite, they were moving compost off the pad and either stockpiling it or land applying it (it needs to be screened or the debris picked up afterwards), they were working at draining the east side of the pad (the underground drain is still not dug up and it's plugged yet, so Richard had dug a channel to get drainage working), Richard got an additional rented tracked excavator onsite working the pad and throwing back the compost they moved off the pad, that excavator was also mixing slop with dryer material on the pad and they're still working at getting the screen operational.
