12/8/2010	Stopped and talked to Landfill Mgr., Dan Barry about the new methane gas rules pertaining to his landfill. He said there was alot of confusion in filling out the air quality forms. He ended up turning it over to his consultant to make sure he was in compliance. He was told that many facilities are relying on their environmental consultants to properly fill out the necessary paperwork.	ALLAN BERTELSEN
