12/21/2021	Met with the Site Foreman (apparently I didn't write down his name). He said the Riverstone Group (Main Office is 4640 E. 56th St., Davenport) purchased Tri-City Black Top about three months ago and now leases the Tri-City site to a local construction company and that the construction company is using the USTs. I did not contact the construction company since Riverstone was identified as the UST owner. Informed him we were placing delivery prohibition tags on the UST fills and that no fuel can be received until the insurance issue gets resolved. He provided two contacts for Riverstone: Mike Ellis (President??) 309-428-0347 and Brian Dockery (Public Relations - 309-781-4246). Assuming Cody McCoy will reach out to these folks to pursue FA requirements.	TERRY JONES
