10/30/2009	Spill #102609-KAL-1100 I stopped at the spill site to assess clean up efforts. The spill was still contained despite recent rainfall and clean up had progessed nicely. Clean up efforts had been suspended for the day due to rain. A copy of my visit memo is attached.	GLENN CARPER
