10/21/2002	During the previous inspection in the primary cell I observed a large amount of solid waste items either floating or lodged in the riprap. This waste included A/1 tubes antiseptic spray cans writing markers red plastic lids/cups sheets of plastic etc. While solid waste items may accidentally fall into the pits once in a while the amount of waste present in the basin indicates that the waste is intentially being deposited or being allowed to be deposited in the building pits. During the current inspection I did not observe as much solid waste in the cells.Weed growth must continue to be monitored and controlled. Weed growth was not observed to be a problem during the current inspection.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
