7/31/2026	Some requirements and recommendations made however, the facility is in substantial compliance. The containment basins are functioning, but some maintenance needed on the sediment basins. Also, Mr. Muhlbauer has changed the operation of the facility. Although the middle and south lots are actually combined into one operation because of the feed storage in the middle, he never maintains more than 700 head in the combined operation and he runs more of a cow calf operation. The AFO database has been changed to reflect he is now a medium operation. However, he will continue to maintain the existing controls to ensure WQ violations do not occur.	ALISON MANZ
