5/9/2011	Site visit to verify database information and inspect facility. There was no one on site at the time of this visit, so a follow up inspection will be performed. Appears that the facility may have discharged to a water of the state. Flow path was easily visible from solid settling structure to the creek, which is very near the south side of the feedlot.
