10/7/2013	Third day of follow up on manure spill. Went before and after my inspection in Sioux City. They pumped from 7:30 last night until 4:30 am this morning and are ready to move pontoon to other clean water source. Had them build another dam to reinforce as the 1st one was compromised. At my stop this evening. they are looking into electrical concerns.	LOIS BENSON
