11/19/2025	I visited the site and spoke with Drew Deering who said that his son Koal Deering purchased the site 3-4 years ago for personal private use. Drew Deering said that the feed mill is no longer utilized and the only corn loaded and unloaded is their own. I received a phone number for Koal, but it turned out to be a wrong number. I left a voicemail for Drew Deering to get new contact information from Koal.	ANDREA ERRTHUM
