5/9/2012	Site inspection on 5/8/12. Heavy rain a few days ago and evidence of manure laden water traveling under the road (through culvert) and through the neighbors field to the west and into the creek. System is good except for the fact that he has a culvert under the road that transports the water to the field and into the creek. Will require assistance from ISU, NRCS or private engineer.
