11/14/2014	I visited the site to check on issues noted during my August, 2013 inspection and NPDES Permit is up for renewal. It appeared that the issues were addressed and that runoff from the facility is contained. There is a concern with the alleyway to the south of the open front cattle barn near the feedstorage area - the area is still devoid of vegetation due to animal traffic, however I did not observe evidence of discharge to the creek. Renewal of NPDES Permit recommended.	BRANDON MINER
