6/4/2013	I walked around facility after recent heavy rainfall. It appeared that runoff was contained. Design plans show a berm along the creek at the southeast end of the facility to contain runoff. However, this berm was not built and runoff from feedlot pen(s) in this area flows through a solids settling structure and into a buired pipe. Paul P. is in contact with Nic Rowe to determine where this pipe outlets.	BRANDON MINER
