3/10/2006	MMP is approved.45 points were claimed in the master matrix score for being located at least 501 feet farther from the nearest residence than the minimum required separation distance of 1875 feet. The southern corner of the facility as described during the site survey was observed to be 2346 feet from the nearest residence. This distance exceeds the minimum required separation distance by only 471 feet.The proposed site was not flagged or staked at the time of the site survey. The proposed site was described as being orientated diagonally from the northwest to the southeast along a ridge in the field. The closest well watersource and residence are all located to the south of the proposed facility. Mr. Robinson estimated the location of the southern corner of the site by "pacing" approximately 120 feet due east into the field from the edge of the right-of-way and approximately 160 feet along the ridge to the southeast. A GPS point (15T 0346919 4618908 accuracy 4 meters) was marked at this location and separation distances were measured from the GPS point. The site appears to be capable of meeting the applicable separation distances. This distance was measured from the GPS point described above to a well observed at an abandoned home site just south of the facility. This well was not noted in the application but is still more than twice the required separation distance (200 feet) from the proposed facility.	AfoLOADInsp-2-07/20/2010
