4/27/2005	A wet area was observed around the NE corner of the basin as noted in previous inspection by Nanfito and Anderson.A broken clean out pipe was observed @ the east inlet pipe.The tops of the berms and the area around the basin had been mowed recently and looked great. The outside face of the N and E berms had not been mowed and were covered with a mixture of grass and early weed growth. It is recommended that the outside face of the N and E berms be sprayed to control weeds. Also spoiled feed has been dumped on the outer face of the berms. This may hinder the establishment of grass and promote weed growth and the presence of burrowing animals. It is recommended that discarded feed be spread on crop land where in can be incorporated.
