4/17/2009	I inpected the site on 4/16/09 and talked with Diane Ziesman, complainant via phone while I was at the site. I saw no evidence of manure spillage along most of the 2 miles of road. There was some minor tracking of mud and manure at a field entrance just west of the complainants home. Ms. Ziesman seemed most concerned with odors of chicken manure land applied to the field south and adjacent to her residence. I informed her that there are no odor regulations and no requirement to inject or incorporate solid chicken manure. I went to Ham and Eggs and talked with Jesse Ostheimer, employee. He stated that there was no significant spillage and acknowledged there was some tracking of mud and waste from the wheels at the field entrance. Photos of the road at the field entrance and the manure spreader used are attached. No rule violation noted and no further action required.	AL TOMPKINS
